We’re conveniently located in downtown Halifax, easy to reach from areas like Fairview, Clayton Park, South End, and West End Halifax.

We are located just off of Spring Garden road, downtown Halifax, in City Centre Atlantic (above Pete’s Frootique on the 2nd floor), suite 210. We share office space with One to One Wellness Centre; a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. 

There is underground parking in the building with access on Birmingham street.

We are located in City Centre Atlantic at 1535 Dresden Row, just off of Spring Garden Road. You’ll find us on the office level (“O” in the elevator) in suite 210.

Our mission is to help you experience the freedom of a stronger body that lives longer and feels better. Our clients are 10 yrs to 75+. Personal fitness goals range from weight loss to increased mobility. Our trainers work with you to develop a program to build an inner strength that will power you through the years.

OneUp Fitness focuses on safe, effective resistance training that addresses all aspects of physical fitness. Our personal trainers have a degree in exercise science and are certified through HITuni, a certification for High-Intensity Training out of the UK.
