Fredrick Hahn is the owner, and instructor of Serious Strength located in New York, NY. Fredrick is also the author of The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution and Strong Kids Healthy Kids. Our partners at Serious Strength use the SlowBurn Method, similar to the OneUp approach it is a form of weight lifting that uses slow, smooth, and controlled lifting.
