Keep Doing What You Love

Maintaining muscle is the fountain of youth and the foundation of better health and fitness. Sarcopenia, or loss of muscle tissue, begins when you stop growing and accelerates each decade after 40. This process is associated with almost all conditions related to aging and results in the gradual loss of functional ability.
